The Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act of 2023 has emerged as an invaluable tool for young generation of India. Prime Minister Narendra Modi emphasized the importance of this law in his last parliamentary address in the Lok Sabha.

Through the DPDP Act, the Indian government has ensured the protection of data for the next generation and has given them the tools to build a bright future.

There is a huge interest in DPDP law worldwide. This law provides clear guidance on how data should be used. India is also ready to use data potential and this law will ensure the protection of valuable information resources like gold mining.
• Act and implementation of Data Protection:
DPDP law was enacted in August last year. In 2017, the Supreme Court declared the right to privacy for Indian citizens as a fundamental right. The law has not yet been effective, but its implementation is dependent on 25 types of rules that have not yet been published for public advice.

Prime Minister Modi also emphasized the need for developing the sea, space and cyber capacity. He said that development of sea, space and cyber power in the modern world is very important as well as land, air and water. It is important to increase the energy of space reform to develop positive power and ability to deal with challenges.
